Just fixed it myself, October 7, 2011 By  Kevin Ophoff - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: UpStart Battery for Dewalt 12 Volt Power Tools. Includes UpStart Battery Mouse Pad. 12V. 3300mAh (Misc.) The battery just quit after the second charge. The company insisted it be returned with all of the packaging, which of course you dump the minute you open it. They were helpful and responsive but I realized that I would have to pay the return shipping and my return authorization expired before I could get it shipped back. After that the responses ceased. So, I opened the battery, found a weld that had broken, and fixed it with duct tape. I'm back in business but learned a lesson about buying inexpensive things over the internet.
